Following a significant investment, The Mosaic Group are delighted to announce the expansion of our HQ at York House, starting early 2018
The Mosaic Group is pleased to announce that following a significant multi-million-pound investment the York House site, located centrally between Leeds, Harrogate and York is to undergo a massive reconstruction, starting early 2018.
We have experienced huge growth since 2003, and only last year completed two notable acquisitions to grow our third sector operations and this momentous announcement signposts yet another milestone in our journey.
The construction is expected to take 12 to 18 months, and demonstrates the groups desire to continue to evolve and innovate not just our operational process and procedures but the physical business space as well. The construction includes new staff facilities such as a gym, canteen and additional parking spaces (making it 200 in total, 20 of which will be electronic charging bays) demonstrating the groups commitment to all staff.
Operationally, the sites expansion will see an additional 45,000 sq. ft of warehousing space created, space for over 8,000 pallet locations and 11-meter-high racking throughout our secure, ambient licensed warehouse. Once completed Mosaic will have the capability to distribute over 2-million parcels per annum.
Mosaic will be sharing updates of the construction process from ground breaking to the grand opening, so watch this space!
