The York House site has undergone multiple changes started in early 2018, and we’re delighted to announce everything is on schedule for a spring finish in 2019.
Undertaking such a huge project is a clear reflection on the direction Mosaic Fulfilment Solutions are headed in, boosting more clients than ever before across a vast array of markets and sectors including, but not limited to FMCGs and not for profit organisations.
Mosaic’s operation is built on a simple ideal, “To help clients manage more efficiently and effectively”, and the significant investment made by the organisation to both extend and upgrade our facilities and fulfil this goal.
The past few months have seen wholesale changes made throughout the premises with our Accounts; Client Services; IT; and Support teams moving into the newly created surroundings.
The new office has additionally increased space for our contact centre, whilst alongside the freshly installed, free-standing coffee bar, internal additional facilities for staff are mid- construction and will be completed in early 2019.
A new canteen has been built, creating more recreational areas and additional kitchen facilities for staff to access.
The new car park has been opened, when finished this will house 200-bays with a series of electric charging points. The installation of the eco-bays yet further evidences Mosaic’s commitment to innovation and the refining our operational process and physical environment.
In the foreground, the new warehouse framework is taking shape, when finished Mosaic will have an additional 45K sq.ft. of warehousing space. Aera capacity for over 8,000 pallets and tall enough to hold 11-meter high racking facilities.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss any areas of the build, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
